I’d like to know if the builder is just going to dump this problem in the City’s lap and leave it to the taxpayers to fix. Wendover brings affordable housing to communityWendover Housing Partners, a privately held real estate development, investment and management company, today announces it is breaking ground on a new affordable, family apartment community in Apopka, Wellington Park.
