It sold for £550,000 after being listed with a guide price in excess of £500,000.Gurpreet Bassi said, “Investment properties such as these in the West Midlands are attracting attention not only from those in the room, but also via the internet and by telephone from all parts of the UK, particularly London and the south east.“No sooner have we held an auction, than we are being asked what is in the next one.
